The Aura Wake Series

Mercer: Its an ice wolf. Ice wolves are prone to violence since they're used as battle beasts on this planet.

Noah: Aero, are you gonna be okay? If you want, Ai and I can take you to your room...

Ai: Aero-chan...

Aero: I said I'm fine! Pups like that arent prone to bite unless they are provoked or are protecting something!
Blastion: Relax Aero...
Aero: . . . *she suddenly turns very calm and walks up to her room, slamming the door behind her*
*The Garm Baby toddles back into the room and heads for the stairs, following Aero, whimpering apologetically*

Mercer: *he gets up and walks off* I'm going to my room. Night, morsels.

Noah: I think maybe I should hit the hay as well....Goodnight, everyone. *he walks into his room as well*

Ai: I'm going to admire the artwork some more. *she stands up and walks into the painting gallery in the palace's east wing. She stops at one particular painting. It wasn't a painting at all, but an enlarged photograph the size of the wall. Its of a group of teenagers. All of them, different races. Even Saber from the painting in the armory was there. Under the picture is a gold plaque with the words "Remember the Heroes of the Past and look to the future ~ Geneforce X" Wow....There they are. Geneforce X.....

Blastion: *walks up to Ai* I see you found the Geneforce X. Amazing heroes... *he points to A blue hedgefox with a red tail and a foxhog that looked exactly like blastion, only with blue fur* Garment and Mystessia. Leader and Co. Leader. and our son and daughter..... *he gets a look of sadness*

Ai: I heard of them...Both of them were very powerful. All of Geneforce X was powerful. They were the strongest team ever forged, even comparable to the original Geneforce. *she points at a tall Celestio-Sapian with green, flame-patterned skin and a green phoenix mask with bulging muscles, and long black hair* That's the founder of the College, Neir Hadesson. And the one next to him is his brother, Raem. The purple one though....*she points at the purple Celestio-Sapian in a straight jacket with a muzzle instead of a mask* I've never read about him before....or the panda. The succubus is Liola. And that's Nahn, the polymorphing kitchen cat. The human with spiky hair and red leather outfit is Gashka Palazzo. The shrine behind them is for Grell Reaver, the first victim of the Daedra Wars. And the kid, that's Ouranos Ailuro who went on to lead the team that took down the Organization. And there's Iodes Ailuro, the most powerful Keshin to ever live. And over there is the famous Amalgam, Steam. Finally....*she points at Saber* Saber Materex. Or as we know him, Breaker.....I can't believe such powerful heroes existed back when the Gods were around. *she turns to Blastion* Do you think there will ever be a team like them again?

Blastion: who knows. maybe someday, we can see a new band of heroes rise and take on the role of Geneforce...

Ai: I hope so. *she bows to Blastion respectfully* I will retire to my room now. I think I might need the rest for tomorrow's investigation. *she turns and walks to her room*

~Next Morning~

Aero: *she wakes up to find herself asleep on the floor, cuddling whit the Baby Garm. She looks around her room and sees that is it a total wreck; there are burn marks every where, the bedding was shredded, and slash marks all over the walls.* .... What happened?

Noah: *he wakes up peacefully. Even though a huge ruckus was heard in Aero's room, he slept rather well. He yawns, brushes his teeth, puts on his apprentice uniform, and walks out of his room and into the throne room to receive his mission from Queen Luna*

Mercer: *the night had not been too good for Mercer. He had eaten too much and woke up with a bit of a stomach ache. After a few spells from his imp, Volmat, he was back to normal. He put on his Law Warlock attire and proceeded down the hall. He stops at Aero's door and bangs on it* HEY, MORSEL! WAKEY WAKEY EGGS AND BAKEY! WE GOT A MISSION HERE!

Ai: *she wakes up and walks down the hall, fully dressed and ready, just in time to see Mercer harassing Aero again. She walks up to Mercer and smacks him upside the head* Leave Aero-chan alone.

Mercer: *he winces and rubs his head* Ow....okay, okay! sorry, lambshank. *the two proceed into the throne room to wait for Aero and meet up with Luna for the info they would need to start the mission.*

Luna: *She is standing in the throne room, waiting for everyong. One by one, they arrive* Good Morning. I trust that you all slept we- where's Aero? Someone go get her. I do not wish to explain thing twice*

Aero: *She had fallen back asleep on a shredded pile of bed sheets, holding onto the baby garm as if it were a stuffed toy*

Ai: I'll go get her. *she walks out of the throne room and over to Aero's door. She knocks politely* Aero-chan? Are you okay in there? We need everyone together so we can start the mission. Aero-chan?

*The door opens on its own. Aero is still on the floor, the Garm Baby nudging her face. She stirs but doesnt awaken*

Ai: *she smiles at the sight and walks over. She kneels next to Aero and pats her shoulder* Aero-chan....time to wake up.

Aero: *she slowly wakes up, scorched feathers falling to the ground* Morning already...? *she gives a big yawn and picks up the garm baby*

Ai: Yep. Looks like you and the puppy made up! *she smiles* Lets go get the info on the mission! Mercer, Noah, and Queen Luna are waiting for us in the throne room.

Aero: oh yeah!!! *she stretches out quickly, then hurries down to the throne room, the puppy following her closely*

Mercer: *he is sitting at the foot of the throne on the stairs. He looks up and sees Aero and the puppy along with Ai running in* There you lambshanks are!

Noah: *he smiles at the girls as they run in* Good morning!

Mercer: *he glances up at Luna* So then, where do we start, Queen Luna?

Aero: So sorry I'm late! I overslept...
Luna: Understandable. You are to begin your investigation on Harbura. Its a lovely little port town, but be aware. Not everyone is who they say they are. There are scammers and thieves aplenty there. And the festival is still going on; it will for the next week, so there will be plenty of drunken sailors there too. If you get the chance during your mission, stop and listen to their tales. They may be drunk, but every word is true. Anyway, there is a team of winged wolves, waiting as your transport to Harbura. Stay on guard and please keep each other safe.
Aero: Right. *she kneels down next to the pup* You're gonna have to stay here...
Garm Baby: *he gets the cutest sad face ever*
Luna: Garm and Baby Garm can be relitavely useful. You may bring her along if you wish, but she is your responsibility. Anyway, back to the mission. *she holds up a wanted poster, of the male and female that the Farmer had describled* These two are who you are looking for. Report back whenever you get the chance. Aura Wake and Justice, Dismissed.

Justice: I appreciate the offer of a mount, Queen Luna, but I have my own ride. *he whistles and a large black chopper with a silver cross coffin on the back bursts in and grinds to a halt in front of him* The chopper belonging to my Dear Ancestor, the former Pope, Alex Law! The fastest chopper ever built, Jackal! *he mounts it, revs the engine and takes off* TRY TO KEEP UP, SPELL DOGS! I'LL SEE YOU IN HARBURA, THAT IS IF I HAVEN'T CAUGHT THE TARGETS ALREADY! AHAHAHAHA!

Mercer: Why that no-good-

Noah: HIS CHOPPER WAS SO COOL!

Mercer: *he hits Noah upside the head* DON'T COMPLIMENT HIM!

Ai: Lets get going, everyone!

*the group goes outside to where the wolves are located*

Luna: I remember that chopper... but he is going to end up getting himself killed... Airhead...
Aero: Well, lets get going. *she picks up the garm baby and heads for the door*

*the group arrives to where the wolves are waiting*

Noah: Wow! Winged Wolves of Iciaura! My dad had a book on these things. They're supposed to be really fast!

Mercer: The fastest beasts on Iciaura. Tamed and bred by the Materex Family.

Ai: *she goes to pet one*

*one jump on Ai and begins to lick her face, wagging it's tail happily*
Aero: Time to fly in style! *she mounts one of the wolves and it gets ready to take off*
Luna: I pray that you all will be safe.

Ai: *she laughs and smiles* Down boy! Down! Ahahaha! stop it! *she gets up and mounts her wolf* Lets do this!

Mercer: *he mounts his wolf and lowers his upper body, ready to go fast* I don't want that Mage Hunter having all the fun!

Noah: *he climbs onto his wolf and pats it on its neck* Lets do this, boy. We got some kidnappers to stop!

Luna: *she whistles and the wolves rocket into the air in Diamond Formation*
*when each wolf was at a good altitude, they folded their wings back and dove straight for the ocean separating Valence and Harbura*
Aero: *she can barely be heard over the rushing winds* THIS IS AWESOME!!!!!

Noah: *he grips the wolf's fur, this being the first time he's ever open-air flown* WHOOOO HOOOOOO!

Ai: @_@ WAAAAAHAHAHAHA!

Mercer: *he squints and lowers more, increasing speed*
