Geneforce: The Combine War II

*outside, Sweet presses a button on the side of the building. suddenly, the satalite shakes and out from the side, a large capital ship emerges.*
Slaif: th.....tha.....thats!
Sweet: yep, thats Dark Cosmo's old flagship: The Bleak Nebula!

Cody: *looks at the ship and starts to drool* WOW

Sweet: I figured the team you're puttin together could use more legroom than Slaif's tiny ship. so, we'll use this, you dig? anyway, we should try to find more allies on Mobius. I have a contact who worked with the Combine down there, until he, if you can call it a he, left because of what the Combine is making on Zul, thier homeworld. first thing we should do is head for Neo Geneforce city. thats where he's hiding out for now.

Cody: *wipes his drool* RIGHT!!

*ship docks and Sweet walks aboard. Slaif and Cody run after him. inside, the ship is pure white and glowing. Sweet sits down in the pilot's seat and starts the engine. the ship takes off for Mobius*

~At the Ailuro Ninja Clan Headquarters~

Xanthos: *Is fine tuning a pearly white mecha in a messy laboratory when a female falcon, Pennatus, approaches him. She seems concerned as she clears her throat to get Xanthos' attention.*

Pennatus: I was syncing our systems with the satellites that surround Mobius and I located something coming in. Fast.

Xanthos: *Looks up. His golden fur is somewhat matted as he stands up.* What is it?

Pennatus: I think it's a spaceship. Omicron is outside using his sight enhancements to find out what it is.

Xanthos: Then let us go join him. *He briskly walks out of the laboratory, Pennatus close behind.*

*outside the acadamy, The Bleak Nebula land. the door opens and Sweet steps out.*
Sweet: guys and girls, girls and guys, gather round and feast yo eyes! the great Sweet and his noble comrades Cody and Slaif have arrived! now, time to go find my informant....he said he'd be here by now......dang, those ex-Execution soldiers have lousey timing!
Slaif: Execution!? we're meeting with a bloodthirsty CYBORG?!
Sweet: not just any Cyborg, my dear Slaif. this cat is none other than the former Commander Zazul!
Slaif: ZAZUL!!!??!!?? ARE YOU INSANE, SWEET-SEMPAI?!

Xanthos: *Is now outside. He spots a cobalt robotic porcupine standing near a cliff edge. Pennatus and two others are now with him, both feline.* Omicron, what's the problem?

Omicron: It's definetly a spaceship. It landed not long ago, near Neo Geneforce City.

Xanthos: . . . It's certainly not anyone we know of. Omicron, you, Raze and I are investigating the ship. *He gestures to himself, Omicron, and a second gold-furred male cat.* Erythros, Pennatus, I need you two to finish the mecha prototypes. *Pennatus and a female crimson cat nod and rush back into the mountainside headquarters.*

Xanthos: *Grasping his Iciauran Transport Crystal, he, Omicron, and Raze teleport to Neo Geneforce City.*

~Sweet and Slaif appear to be arguing~
Slaif:.......and Cody is passed out because YOU were the one who was flying too fast!
Sweet: if he can't take the heat, he should have stayed out of the kitchen, cat!
Slaif: THAT DIDN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE!
Sweet: Still, we need to find Zazul before the Combine realize he's gone....
Slaif: HE DIDN'T FORMALLY RESIGN!? THEN HE COULD BE A SPY!
Sweet: nah, Zazul may hate organics, but he hates the Combine's little project even more. he wouldn't sell us out.
*just then, they notice Xanthos's team appear out of nowhere*

Xanthos: *Hasn't noticed them.* Are we at the correct location?

Omicron: Correct. The ship landed close to this area.

Raze: Eh? *Notices Sweet and Slaif.* I think we might have found 'em. Just who are you?

Sweet: well well, looks like we got some attention, Slaif. no need to worry! I am a former member of the Dark Cosmo Mercenary Company! Joshua Sweet! my pint-sized friend here is Slaif.
Slaif: PINT SIZED?!
Sweet: We're her to meet with a trusted source of mine so we can get info on one of the biggest threats to the galaxy, The Combine Collective. you ever hear of them? you should have, since they just glassed Tropic a few hours ago.
Slaif: we're looking for a large Iron robot with one eye. have you seen him? we don't want to cause any trouble...

Xanthos: No. . . I'm afraid I don't know who you're referring to.

???: I believe they are refurring to me.
*a large Iron cyborg with one red eye walks out from the shadows*
Sweet: there you are, Zazul!
Zazul: sorry I'm late.....the city is crawling with undercover Combine agents.....anyway, I have the info on what they're building. It involves a race of beings that you might me familiar with, Sweet, and anyone else who knew a guy called Spirit........The Celestio-Sapians, the beings who shaped this galaxy!
Sweet: heavy stuff, man. what do the Combine want with them?
Zazul: They already have 9,999 of the 10,000 Celestio-Sapians. the only one that remains is the Warlord Hades. but they don't need him. they're using the Celetio-sapians to build a biological monstrocity: A Celestio-Chimera!
Slaif: no way.......but, that would mean they would need a whole lot of power to grow it....
Zazul: which is why they are cloning the sapians and using the originals as a power source. this thing is so powerful, it makes the Klefka look like a chew toy!

Xanthos: . . . How big is this thing estimated to be?

Zazul: its so bit, the lab that is holding it is in the center of Zul, which is about the size of 14 earths.....its a planet destroyer, a biological god. me, I call it an abomination. which is why I'm helping you.

Xanthos: Hmm. . . This seems much. . . heavier than I anticipated. Omicron, tell the HQ to increase mecha completion and to perfectly sync our tech with the satellites. *Turns to Zazul.* When can we expect this science project to be completed?

Zazul: its already grown to the size where it can destroy a planet in 1 full day. the Combine want to grow it so it can destroy it in half that time.....I would say, 1 week.

Xanthos: *Immediatley pulls out Communicator and sends out a red alert to several of Neo Geneforce's City's greatest heroes, the Geneforce!*

Sweet: looks like I better make a call too. *takes out phone* Yo, Xavier, how you doin, man? I'm cool. listen, we getting the group back together. ok.ok. Awsome, love ya, man! peace out, rainbow trout! *hangs up*

Luna: *answers via communicator* Hey there Xanthos! Ever get over your fear of fast moving vehicles yet? Cuz Kanna just made the sweetest offer and wanted me to ask you....

Xanthos: . . . No. But the reason I called you! It seems like that giant space bazooka the Combine are building will be completed within the week. I need you to gather who you can and prepare for war. Daitengu may be useful as well.

Zazul: its no space Bazooka, its a giant monster made of thousands of cloned Celestio-sapians.

Xanthos: Results would be similar either way. A space bazooka. . .*He trails off, as if in deep thought.*

*suddenly, a black shape hits the ground hard. its a wolf in knights armor*
Sweet: Xavier! good to have ya, man!
Xavier: Verrily! I am ready to do battle against the Combine scourge! Who doth these new comers be?

Luna: The combine you say? I'll be right there!!!! *Xanthos's transport crystal glows slightly and Luna appears wearing black armor of some sort*
