Site Improvements.

I was thinking, maybe its time to change the site background again, I like the old one but I just feel like its time for a change. I don't want to make any decisions without asking all of you so I decided to make a poll for it. Also if you can find a skin for the forum (from hitskins.com) feel free to post a link for me to check out.

So I changed to site for now, tell me what you guys think. Should we keep it or change it again.

I like it because it's a change. It's alright for now, but obviously it's something to improve on. Like Rocky said, we don't want to be bland, but like I said, we want the site to look good and not like a clown's face. I like how the banner is in the top left atm, but as for the forum layout, is it possible to add images/icons next to each section?

As far as I know, I have no idea. I have been looking into it. I would believe it is possible but I can be sure.

Yeah, thats one of the things I dont like about this Theme, but as I said its temporary. Still waiting on people to look for ones they like.

I tried to put up links but since I'm on my phone I can't really send them. I can say the ones I like most were in the hundreds of pages (108-106).
There were some not-blinding green and blue gradients that looked kinda pretty (aero something or other).

Is there a way to custom make a skin?

There probably is a way to make a custom Texture but it would take more time then I have to work on it. I may start work in my free time but for now I think I will just use pre-made ones.

On another note, I'm adding fresh made buttons (now that my charger is back - yay!) to the site to make it different and more original - tell me if you like them or if I should keep doing them!!!  Or if you want me to change a certain one that bothers you!  XD

I am going to make some new ranks for everyone but for the most part I think you are doing a great job and deserve a break. I think after these we will need to look over everything then.

Put up some new rank pictures. What do you think of them.

Looks good so far! Nice big letters, clear images, good! What will the other new ranks be?

Fixed it, took a little bit but I got it too look nice.

oh and see if you can fix the whole online banner thing that appears on the corners of posts. it shows even when they arent online.

I wish I knew how to fix that, that one may be a little out of my control right now but I will continue to look into it.

Still working on the online problem but I have another question for everyone, should we change the text color? If we do it makes posting replies easier but its up to you guys.

That might be a good idea because on the regular "Post reply" thing or when I begin a "new topic", I still can't see the words and have to highlight to check where I'm at. What colors did you have in mind? I'm down with anything I can actually see, like dark colors (dark green, dark blue, dark red, dark yellow, etc.), because they're not blinding or too crazy vibrant. ^_^;

I like dark green just because, well you know, Genesis. But whatever you guys think is best.
